2. Description of Services

Riskara is a licensed insurance agency that helps individuals and businesses obtain personal auto insurance and commercial auto insurance, including trucking, fleet, and contractor vehicle coverage. The Site provides information about our services, allows you to request quotes, upload application documents, and contact us. We currently serve customers located in Illinois and Texas.

3. Not an Insurance Contract

The Site, the information presented on it, and any quote or proposal you receive through it do not constitute a contract of insurance. No coverage is bound, modified, or terminated by submitting a form or communicating with us through the Site. Insurance coverage exists only when:

An application has been completed and approved by an admitted insurance carrier
A binder, declarations page, or policy has been issued
The required premium has been paid
All applicable underwriting conditions have been satisfied

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, premium indication, or coverage option provided through the Site or by our agents is preliminary and non-binding. Final premiums and coverage terms are determined by the issuing insurance carrier based on underwriting review, verification of the information you provide, motor vehicle records, loss history, credit information (where permitted), and other factors. Riskara makes no guarantee that any specific coverage will be available, that any specific premium will be offered, or that any application will be approved.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when using the Site or applying for insurance through us. Misrepresentation, omission, or fraud in an insurance application may result in:

Denial of coverage
Cancellation or rescission of an issued policy
Denial of claims
Civil or criminal penalties under applicable state insurance laws

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The "Effective Date" reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
